Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh fish fillets (tilapia or cod)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- Sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional)
- Salsa (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the fish in the mixture.
- Grill the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Toss the shredded cabbage with lime juice and chopped cilantro in a separate bowl.
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing pieces of grilled fish on each tortilla, topping with cabbage slaw, and adding sour cream or salsa if desired.
