Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and shallots and sauté until translucent.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in chopped lobster, salt, and pepper, and cook gently until heated through.
