Description

A delightful lobster pasta dish featuring tender pasta and succulent lobster in a creamy, garlic-infused sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Cooked and chopped lobster
  • Pasta (like linguine or fettuccine)
  • Heavy cream
  • Minced garlic
  • Chopped shallots
  • Butter
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and shallots and sauté until translucent.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Stir in chopped lobster, salt, and pepper, and cook gently until heated through.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and lemon juice to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For the best results, use freshly cooked lobster and serve hot. Add lemon juice right before serving for brightening the flavors.
