A refreshing lobster salad combining tender lobster meat with a creamy dressing and crunchy vegetables, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs cooked lobster meat, cut into ¾-inch chunks
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 1½ tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup finely chopped celery (inner stalks only)
- 1 tbsp thinly sliced chives, plus more for garnish
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a chilled mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped celery, and sliced chives.
- Gently fold the ingredients together until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Lightly season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Stir gently and taste for adjustments.
- Cover the bowl and chill the lobster salad in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes.
- Serve cold in lettuce cups, toasted buns, or plated over avocado.
Notes
Chilling the salad enhances the flavors. Feel free to customize with diced cucumbers or radishes for added crunch.
