Description

A simple yet luxurious lobster salad that captures the essence of coastal dining with sweet lobster, creamy mayonnaise, and zesty lemon.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs cooked lobster meat, cut into ¾-inch chunks
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 1½ tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup finely chopped celery (inner stalks only)
  • 1 tbsp thinly sliced chives, plus more for garnish
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. In a chilled mixing bowl, combine the lobster, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, and chives.
  2. Gently fold the ingredients until just combined. Avoid overmixing to maintain the texture of the lobster.
  3. Season lightly with salt and pepper, giving it a stir and tasting again to adjust the seasonings as needed.
  4. Cover and chill the mixture for 30–60 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully.
  5. Serve cold in lettuce cups, toasted buns, or plated over creamy avocado.
