Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pound fish fillets
  • Oil for frying


Instructions
