Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
- Lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
- Place cod fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush glaze evenly over each fillet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until cod is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
