Ingredients
- 2 pounds large shrimp, deveined
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 1 pound corn on the cob, cut into pieces
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 lemon, cut in half
- Old Bay seasoning to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and add Old Bay seasoning, salt, quartered onion, and crushed garlic.
- Bring the mixture to a full boil.
- Add the baby potatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add the corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and lemon halves, cooking for 3-5 minutes until the shrimp turn pink.
- Drain and arrange the shrimp, corn, and potatoes on a large platter.
- Serve immediately with melted butter and garnish with parsley, if desired.
