Ingredients
- 500 grams cleaned squid
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (or avocado oil)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cloves fresh garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free if necessary)
- 1/2 teaspoon Espelette pepper (or cayenne)
- 2 tablespoons vinegar (or lemon juice)
- 1 teaspoon fresh or dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Add the cleaned squid to the bowl, ensuring each piece gets coated with the oil and spices.
- Create a mixture with the breadcrumbs, Espelette pepper, and thyme in another bowl.
- Coat each squid in the breadcrumb mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Place the squid on the grill, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove the squid and drizzle them with vinegar.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
