Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, gently tossing until the shrimp are well coated.
  4. Spread the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet for even cooking.
