- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, gently tossing until the shrimp are well coated.
- Spread the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet for even cooking.
