Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, gently tossing until shrimp are well coated.
- Spread shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 8–10 minutes or until shrimp are pink and slightly golden on edges.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges for a zesty finish.
Notes
For added zest, incorporate freshly squeezed lemon juice into the dish. Experiment with different herbs or spices for a personalized flavor.
