Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, gently tossing until well coated.
- Spread the seasoned shrimp in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until the shrimp are pink and slightly golden.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges for an extra zesty finish.
