Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, gently tossing until well coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned shrimp in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until the shrimp are pink and slightly golden.
  6. Serve immediately with lemon wedges for an extra zesty finish.
