Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Juice of 1 lemon (optional for added flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the shrimp in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan evenly over the shrimp.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parsley, and add lemon juice if using.
