Ingredients
- 4 halibut fillets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place halibut fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Press the breadcrumb mixture evenly onto the top of each fillet, covering them generously.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
