Description

Ingredients

  • 4 halibut fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and parsley until well combined.
  3. Place the halibut fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
