Ingredients
- 4 halibut fillets
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well mixed.
- Place the halibut fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each fillet, coating them evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the crust is golden brown.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Use even-sized halibut fillets for uniform cooking. Let halibut rest for a couple of minutes post-baking to maintain moisture.
