Ingredients
- 4 halibut fillets
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.
- Place the halibut fillets on a lined baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil.
- Generously press the breadcrumb mixture onto the tops of the halibut fillets.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving if desired.
