Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, olive oil, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until fully incorporated.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the mixture.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a lightly greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the shrimp.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for extra tang.
