Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, olive oil, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  3. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the mixture.
  4. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a lightly greased baking dish.
