Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or your choice)
- 1 can tuna (drained)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the drained tuna, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat through.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the skillet with the tuna mixture until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
