Ingredients
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (such as parsley and thyme)
- 4 tbsp butter (melted)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Aluminum foil
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and place it in a bowl. Add the shrimp, minced garlic, fresh herbs, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Cut large sheets of aluminum foil and place an even amount of the steak and shrimp mixture in the center of each sheet.
- Fold the foil over to create a sealed packet.
- Place the packets on the grill or in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Carefully open the foil packets and serve warm.
