Description

Savor the delightful combination of juicy steak and succulent shrimp, infused with aromatic garlic and fresh herbs in these easy-to-make foil packets.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (such as parsley and thyme)
  • 4 tbsp butter (melted)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and place it in a bowl. Add the shrimp, minced garlic, fresh herbs, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
  3. Cut large sheets of aluminum foil and place an even amount of the steak and shrimp mixture in the center of each sheet.
  4. Fold the foil over to create a sealed packet.
  5. Place the packets on the grill or in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  6. Carefully open the foil packets and serve warm.

Notes

Use fresh herbs for enhanced flavor. Adjust cooking time for preferred steak doneness and add herbs or spices to taste.
