Ingredients

  • 1 pound (454 g) salmon fillet (450 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) vegetable oil (30 milliliters)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lemon juice (30 milliliters)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh parsley, chopped (15 milliliters)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh dill, chopped (15 milliliters)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt (5 milliliters)
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) black pepper (2.5 milliliters)
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges for serving
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water


Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon fillet into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the salmon cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
