Ingredients
- 1 pound (454 g) salmon fillet (450 grams)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) vegetable oil (30 milliliters)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lemon juice (30 milliliters)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh parsley, chopped (15 milliliters)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh dill, chopped (15 milliliters)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt (5 milliliters)
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) black pepper (2.5 milliliters)
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges for serving
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- Cut the salmon fillet into 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the salmon cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated salmon cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Place the skewers on the grill.
- Grill the salmon skewers for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove the skewers from the grill once the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve the salmon skewers with lemon wedges on the side.
