Description

A delightful blend of flavors featuring shrimp sautéed in garlic butter, stuffed into tender bell peppers for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink. Remove shrimp and chop into small pieces.
  5. In a bowl, combine shrimp, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  6. Stuff the bell peppers with the shrimp mixture and place in a baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the peppers are tender.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Customize by adding red pepper flakes for spice or extra cheese for a crispy topping.
