  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice (15 milliliters)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt (5 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) black pepper (1 gram)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) paprika (2 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped fresh parsley (4 grams)
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes to prevent burning.
