Ingredients
- Lasagna noodles
- Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- Butter (for sautéing)
- Garlic (minced)
- Cream cheese (for creaminess)
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese (for a tangy finish)
- Spinach (optional, for added nutrition)
- Salt (to enhance flavors)
- Pepper (for seasoning)
- Italian seasoning (to tie all flavors together)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook your lasagna noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a pan, melt your butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add your shrimp, cooking until they turn pink and opaque. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth.
- In a baking dish, start layering: place a layer of lasagna noodles, followed by the creamy mixture, shrimp, and spinach if desired. Repeat until your ingredients are used up, finishing with noodles on top.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Cover your dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
