Description

A comforting seafood lasagna bursting with flavors of garlic butter, shrimp, and creamy cheeses, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Lasagna noodles
  • Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • Butter (for sautéing)
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Cream cheese (for creaminess)
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese (for a tangy finish)
  • Spinach (optional, for added nutrition)
  • Salt (to enhance flavors)
  • Pepper (for seasoning)
  • Italian seasoning (to tie all flavors together)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook your lasagna noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a pan, melt your butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add your shrimp, cooking until they turn pink and opaque. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth.
  6. In a baking dish, start layering: place a layer of lasagna noodles, followed by the creamy mixture, shrimp, and spinach if desired. Repeat until your ingredients are used up, finishing with noodles on top.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  8. Cover your dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Allow the lasagna to sit after baking for cleaner cuts. Assembly can be done a day in advance for convenience.
