A delightful lasagna that combines creamy garlic butter shrimp with layers of tender noodles and melted cheese.
Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat; add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp, cooking until they turn pink and opaque.
- Stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper, simmering for a few minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer noodles, shrimp mixture, mozzarella, and repeat until ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella on top.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
Allow the lasagna to rest for 10 minutes before slicing to set the layers.
