Ingredients
- 12 oz (340 g) Fettuccine
- 1 lb (450 g) Shrimp
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) Parmesan Cheese
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) Butter
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Cooking Oil
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot filled with salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine until it reaches an al dente texture, then drain thoroughly and set it aside.
- In a skillet, warm the cooking oil over medium heat. Sauté the garlic for about 2 minutes until it releases its aroma.
- Incorporate the butter into the same skillet and cook the shrimp, stirring occasionally, until they become opaque white with a hint of pink, approximately 4-6 minutes.
- Introduce the lemon juice, lemon zest, parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix until everything is well combined and the cheese has melted.
- Add the fettuccine to the skillet, stirring until it is evenly coated.
- Before serving, sprinkle with parsley as a garnish.
