Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add in the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink.
- Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
