Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz) fresh salmon fillets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet; season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until bubbly. Add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
- Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the seasoned salmon fillets, then squeeze fresh lemon juice on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Notes
Allow the salmon to come to room temperature for about 15 minutes before cooking for even cooking throughout. Feel free to customize the garlic butter with additional spices or herbs.
