Description

A light yet flavorful seafood dish featuring tilapia fillets baked in a rich garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place the tilapia fillets in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tilapia flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
