Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in the lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the tilapia fillets in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tilapia flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
