  • 4 tbsp (60 ml) Melted Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 tsp (3 ml) Dried Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 2 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) Salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Set your oven to a temperature of 500℉.
  2. Use kitchen scissors to cut along the top shell of each lobster tail, continuing until you reach the final segment.
  3. Gently spread the shell apart. Starting from the upper end, extract the meat while keeping it connected at the base, then reposition the shell and place the meat on top.
  4. In a small bowl, thoroughly mix the ingredients for the sauce and apply it generously over each lobster tail.
  5. Place the lobster tails under the broiler for 6-8 minutes until they are fully cooked, with meat appearing opaque and white, and reaching a temperature of 140℉-145℉.
  6. Move the lobster tails to a plate for serving and accompany them with the leftover garlic butter sauce. Enjoy your meal!
