Ingredients
- 4 Lobster Tails
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) Melted Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 tsp (3 ml) Dried Pepper Flakes
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Fresh Parsley chopped
- 2 clove Garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) Salt
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Set your oven to a temperature of 500℉.
- Use kitchen scissors to cut along the top shell of each lobster tail, continuing until you reach the final segment.
- Gently spread the shell apart. Starting from the upper end, extract the meat while keeping it connected at the base, then reposition the shell and place the meat on top.
- In a small bowl, thoroughly mix the ingredients for the sauce and apply it generously over each lobster tail.
- Place the lobster tails under the broiler for 6-8 minutes until they are fully cooked, with meat appearing opaque and white, and reaching a temperature of 140℉-145℉.
- Move the lobster tails to a plate for serving and accompany them with the leftover garlic butter sauce. Enjoy your meal!
