- Onion powder (optional for flavor)
- Fresh parsley (can substitute with chives)
- Lemon wedges (for acidity)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Gather ingredients: garlic, butter, and spices.
- Prepare the lobster tails by cutting them down the middle.
- Heat butter in a small saucepan and add grated garlic, sautéing for a minute.
- Mix in lemon zest, paprika, Old Bay seasoning, and optional spices.
- Season the lobster meat with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the garlic butter mixture over the lobster tails.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet, flesh side up, and bake for 12-15 minutes.
