  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) unsalted butter (115 grams)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice (15 milliliters)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 baguette or similar loaf of crusty bread


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Carefully cut the king crab legs open and remove the meat.
  3. Chop the crab meat into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
  5. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
