Ingredients
- 1 lb (454 g) scallops U10 dry scallops
- 2 Tablespoon (30 ml) unsalted butter melted
- 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) kosher salt or to taste
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) lemon juice
Instructions
- Dry the scallops thoroughly and put them aside.
- Set the air fryer to a temperature of 400°F and allow it to heat up.
- In a mixing bowl, blend together the melted butter, minced garlic, kosher salt, chopped parsley, and lemon juice.
