Ingredients
- 1 large head of cabbage, chopped (about 1 kg)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) avocado oil or vegetable oil
- 6 strips of beef bacon, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 package beef andouille sausage (sliced diagonally into 1/2 inch pieces)
- 1 lb (450 g) uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 orange bell pepper, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) all purpose seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) black pepper
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions
- – 1 pound beef tenderloin (450 g)
- – 1/4 cup grape juice (60 ml)
- – 2 cloves garlic, minced
- – 1/4 cup grape juice (60 ml)
- – 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (15 ml)
- – Salt and pepper to taste
- – Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- – In a small bowl, mix together the grape juice, minced garlic, and vegetable oil.
- – Season the beef tenderloin with salt and pepper, then pour the grape juice mixture over it.
- – Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through.
