Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cabbage, chopped (about 1 kg)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) avocado oil or vegetable oil
  • 6 strips of beef bacon, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 package beef andouille sausage (sliced diagonally into 1/2 inch pieces)
  • 1 lb (450 g) uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 orange bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) all purpose seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) black pepper
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes


Instructions

  1. – 1 pound beef tenderloin (450 g)
  2. – 1/4 cup grape juice (60 ml)
  3. – 2 cloves garlic, minced
  4. – 1/4 cup grape juice (60 ml)
  5. – 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (15 ml)
  6. – Salt and pepper to taste
  7. – Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  8. – In a small bowl, mix together the grape juice, minced garlic, and vegetable oil.
  9. – Season the beef tenderloin with salt and pepper, then pour the grape juice mixture over it.
  10. – Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through.
  11. – Remove the beef from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
