Ingredients

- 30 g beef miso paste
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 30 ml honey
- 15 ml rice vinegar
- 15 ml vegetable oil

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 15 ml sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced thin for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the miso paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
- Mix the ingredients until smooth to create the glaze.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the glaze evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Let the salmon marinate for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until fully cooked.
