Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish (such as cod or tilapia)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Corn or flour tortillas
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the fish with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until flaky and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix together salsa and sour cream for the taco sauce.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill for a few seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing fish, shredded cabbage, and a drizzle of the sauce on each tortilla.
- Serve with lime wedges.
