Description

Delicious and easy-to-make fish tacos with a perfectly seasoned fish and creamy sauce, perfect for a fun dining experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish (such as cod or tilapia)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Corn or flour tortillas
  • Lime wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the fish with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until flaky and cooked through.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together salsa and sour cream for the taco sauce.
  5. Warm the tortillas on the grill for a few seconds on each side.
