Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish (like cod or tilapia)
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper to create the fish taco sauce.
- Season the fish with salt and pepper. Cook the fish in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
