Description

Delicious fish tacos featuring seasoned white fish, fresh vegetables, and creamy sauce, perfect for taco night.

Ingredients

  • White fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
  • Taco seasoning
  • Corn tortillas
  • Cabbage (shredded)
  • Tomato (diced)
  • Avocado (sliced)
  • Fish taco sauce (yogurt-based or spicy mayo)
  • Lime wedges
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the fish fillets with taco seasoning.
  3. Cook the fish on the grill or skillet for about 3-4 minutes per side or until flaky and cooked through.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet until pliable.
  5. Assemble the tacos by placing cooked fish on a tortilla, topping with shredded cabbage, diced tomato, avocado slices, and drizzling with fish taco sauce.
  6. Serve with lime wedges and garnish with fresh cilantro.

Notes

For a zesty touch, make your own fish taco sauce with yogurt, lime juice, and hot sauce.
