A delicious salmon dish featuring a spicy-sweet glaze, perfect for seafood lovers.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, and ginger to create the firecracker sauce.
- Place the salmon in the bowl and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove salmon from the marinade (reserve the marinade) and season with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon in the pan, skin-side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
- Flip the salmon and pour the reserved marinade over it. Cook for another 4-5 minutes or until cooked through.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve.
Notes
For best results, marinate longer if possible and do not overcook the salmon.
