A luxurious lobster tail pasta with a creamy sauce and fresh cherry tomatoes, perfect for special occasions.
Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails
- 8 oz pasta (linguine or fettuccine)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the lobster tails, cooking for about 5 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the shell and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked pasta and lobster pieces. Mix well, then add Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
