Description

A luxurious lobster tail pasta with a creamy sauce and fresh cherry tomatoes, perfect for special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 8 oz pasta (linguine or fettuccine)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the lobster tails, cooking for about 5 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the shell and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cooked pasta and lobster pieces. Mix well, then add Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
