Ingredients
- 2 pounds peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1 pound small potatoes, halved
- 4 ears corn, halved
- 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Water, enough to cover vegetables
- Melted butter, for serving
- Fresh lemon wedges, for serving
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large pot, combine enough water to cover the vegetables, Old Bay seasoning, and minced garlic.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Add the halved potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Next, add the corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-5 minutes.
- Drain the pot and serve the shrimp boil on a large platter lined with parchment paper or newspaper.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the dish and garnish with parsley.
