Ingredients

  • 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 ears corn, cut into thirds
  • 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning

  • Water, enough to fill the pot

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and add a generous amount of salt and garlic cloves; bring to a rolling boil.
  2. Add potatoes and cook until fork-tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. Add corn to the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp to the pot and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Turn off heat and drain the mixture in a strainer or colander.
