Ingredients
- 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 4 ears corn, cut into thirds
- 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Salt, to taste
- Water, enough to fill the pot
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and add a generous amount of salt and garlic cloves; bring to a rolling boil.
- Add potatoes and cook until fork-tender, about 15 minutes.
- Add corn to the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Add shrimp to the pot and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
- Turn off heat and drain the mixture in a strainer or colander.
- Serve family-style on a table lined with butcher paper, garnished with lemon wedges.
Notes
For added flavor, serve with garlic butter on the side. Consider adding sausage or other vegetables for variation.
