A refreshing seafood pasta salad featuring shrimp, crab meat, and a creamy dressing perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (e.g., rotini or fusilli)
- 1 cup cooked shrimp
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup sweet peas (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shrimp, crab meat, celery, red onion, and sweet peas.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
