Description

A refreshing seafood pasta salad featuring shrimp, crab meat, and a creamy dressing perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (e.g., rotini or fusilli)
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup sweet peas (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shrimp, crab meat, celery, red onion, and sweet peas.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
