Description

A quick and comforting salmon pasta dish, perfect for weeknight dinners, featuring garlic, lemon, and canned salmon.


Ingredients

  • Canned salmon
  • Fresh lemon
  • Garlic
  • Pasta of choice
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the canned salmon and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta into the pan and combine well with the salmon mixture.
