Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic to create the glaze.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat a splash of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the salmon fillets to the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- During the last few minutes of cooking, pour the maple glaze over the salmon, allowing it to caramelize.
