- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions
- Whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side down.
- Pour the maple glaze over the salmon and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Carefully flip the fillets and cook for another 5 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and caramelized.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
