Description

This Easy One Pan Maple Glazed Salmon is a simple yet gourmet dish featuring a wonderful blend of sweet maple syrup and savory soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side down.
  4. Pour the maple glaze over the salmon and cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Carefully flip the fillets and cook for another 5 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and caramelized.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

To enhance the flavors, you can experiment by adding minced garlic or a dash of ginger to the glaze. Let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes after cooking for richer flavors.
