- 1 onion, chopped

- 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large pan.
- Add the onion and bell pepper, and sauté until soft.
