  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) soy sauce (45 milliliters)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey (30 milliliters)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh ginger, grated (15 grams)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) vegetable oil (30 milliliters)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sesame oil (15 milliliters)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste, then stir to combine.
  4. Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels.
  5. Place the cod fillets in a baking dish.
  6. Pour the soy sauce mixture evenly over the cod fillets.
  7. Drizzle vegetable oil and sesame oil over the fillets.
  8. Bake the cod in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through.
