Description

A delightful honey garlic glazed salmon recipe with crispy skin and a sweet-savory glaze, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (skin-on)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic to create the glaze.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon skin-side down for about 4 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Flip the fillets, brush half of the glaze on top, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until fully cooked (internal temperature of 145°F).
  5. Drizzle remaining glaze over the salmon and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Use high-quality salmon for better flavor, and feel free to experiment with the glaze by adding ginger or red pepper flakes.
