Description

A delightful blend of salmon fillets with a creamy spinach sauce, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
