Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Return the salmon to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
