A delightful dish featuring tender salmon fillets in a creamy sauce with wilted spinach, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Return the salmon to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Adjust sauce thickness with pasta water or additional cream if desired.
