Description

A delightful dish featuring tender salmon fillets in a creamy sauce with wilted spinach, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Return the salmon to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Adjust sauce thickness with pasta water or additional cream if desired.
